Memor[ia]s

What a dream means to a computational device, that is not trained and controlled by a human anymore?

Memor[ia]s is an immersive audio-visual installation which is based on the deep relationships between dreams - reality, nature - simulation, and intelligence - artificial intelligence.

The aim is to demonstrate an immersive trip to the depths of a machine’s dream. Throughout the dream, we get immersed into his intimate hard drives, interact with bits, zero’s and one’s and get in touch with its electronic guts in the lowest levels. In the end, we come out by admiring the analog spaces in a digital manner. How the evolution of the machine at that point demonstrates how it processes memories and guides us to see what a dream means to a computational device that is not trained and controlled by a human anymore.
